He expects you to engage in your health care. Come here if you want to be healthy and are willing work at it.

I've had many appointments over ten years. I keep expecting he'll be even a bit late once. He hasn't.

It's refreshing to call an office and not talk to a phone tree.

I won't return. He wants me to take charge of my health. That's what I pay him to do.

If I need an appointment and call in the morning, I'll have one in the afternoon.
